What the service does
The service watches your Binance USDT-M futures account with a key you create yourself, sends you alerts when your own trading rules are broken, and can place or restore protective stop orders and, only if you switch them on, reduce positions. It never opens a position on its own and it never moves funds. It is a discipline tool. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Trading is risky
Trading leveraged futures can lose all of the money in your account, and quickly. Past results do not predict future results. You alone decide what to trade and how much to risk. The risk limits you set here are meant to reduce losses; they cannot remove them.
Automation can fail
Orders and alerts depend on the exchange, the network, our servers and third-party services. Any of them can be late, wrong or unavailable: a stop can be placed late or not at all, a position can be closed at a worse price than you expect, an alert can be missed. Prices can gap through a stop. You must keep your own protection in place and keep watching your account. The service is provided as it is, without any guarantee of results or availability.
Your key and your account
You create an API key on Binance that can read your account and trade futures, with withdrawals switched off and access restricted to the IP addresses we give you. We never ask for, and never hold, a key that can withdraw. You are responsible for the key and for your Binance account. If you believe the key is exposed, delete it on Binance at once.
Paper mode first
New accounts start in Paper mode (dry-run): the service shows what it would do and sends alerts, but places no orders. Going live is a separate step that needs a paid plan, a typed confirmation and your PIN.
Your PIN and your Telegram
Your PIN protects actions that can move money or change the mode. Never share it. Messages that contain a PIN are deleted from the chat when Telegram allows it, but you should treat the chat as visible to anyone who holds your phone.
Safety rules you cannot switch off
Risk per trade is capped at 2 percent of your capital. Tightening a limit applies at once; loosening a limit, or switching an automatic action off, takes effect 24 hours after you ask. These rules exist to protect you from yourself and are not negotiable.
Payment and access
Access is sold through Whop and follows your Whop membership. If the membership ends, new entries are blocked at once; stops, alerts and the actions you switched on keep running for 24 hours, and you are warned before they end; then the service stops watching your account. Nothing is sent to the exchange when it stops: the orders already there stay.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or late alerts, orders placed or not placed, exchange or network outages, or any indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the event.
Changes
These terms are versioned. When they change you must read and accept the new version before you continue to use the service.
