You can lose all of your money
Trading leveraged futures can lose all of the money in your account, and quickly. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. Past results do not predict future results.
Zenostop reduces mistakes, not market risk
The risk limits you set are meant to reduce losses; they cannot remove them. Zenostop is a discipline tool. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You alone decide what to trade and how much to risk.
Automation can fail
Orders and alerts depend on the exchange, the network, our servers and third-party services. Any of them can be late, wrong or unavailable. A stop can be placed late or not at all, a position can be closed at a worse price than you expect, and an alert can be missed.
Prices can gap through a stop, so a stop does not guarantee the price you leave at. Keep your own protection in place and keep watching your account.
What Zenostop does and does not do
Zenostop watches your account with a key you create, sends alerts, and can place or restore protective stop orders and, only if you switch it on, reduce positions. It places an order only when you confirm it. It never opens a position on its own and it never moves funds.
If your plan ends or the service stops, nothing is sent to the exchange: the orders already on the exchange stay where they are.
Your key, your account
Use a key with withdrawals switched off and access restricted to the IP addresses Zenostop gives you. You are responsible for the key and for your exchange account. If you think the key is exposed, delete it on the exchange at once.
Rules you cannot switch off
Risk per trade is capped at 2 percent of your capital. Tightening a limit applies at once; loosening a limit, or switching an automatic action off, takes effect 24 hours after you ask.
Not available everywhere
Futures and crypto trading are restricted or banned in some places. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you.
